Beautiful 63 m² apartment facing due south in a magnificent wood-and-stone chalet in Xonrupt Longemer, 10 minutes from the ski resorts and 8 minutes from Gérardmer. Ideal for families with up to three children. Located on the first floor of a well-fenced, tree-lined property, this apartment features a private hot tub just for you to enjoy as often as you like, a wood-burning stove (for up to five people), and a fire pit that can double as a barbecue. With an entryway and private terrace featuring tables and lounge chairs, plus direct access to the garden, this cozy cottage offers exceptional comfort. The beds will be made upon your arrival, along with towels and a bathrobe. Equipment for raclette, pierrade, fondue, and crêpes will be at your disposal. There are two LED TVs in the apartment. A baby crib can be requested in advance. Two private parking spaces are provided, one of which is under a carport. A private storage room will also be at your disposal, equipped with an electrical outlet and two sleds for the children; you’ll also have plenty of space to store your skis, bicycles, and more. You can enjoy this retreat year-round by relaxing in a Nordic hot tub that you fill and heat yourself.

Beautiful home, we loved the garden. Clean and cosy home. Attention to details to make you feel welcome. And good practical help like herbs, salt and pepper, honey, sauces, garbage bins, dishwasher soap, etc. Our kids were happy with the play sand, we enjoyed the hot tub and the kitchen was easy to use. If we are ever in the area we will visit again!

Superbe weekend en famille. Le chalet est impeccable, le mobiler est de bonne qualité, la literie est confortable. Les équipements : bain nordique juste parfait, les jeux pour enfants (intérieur et extérieur), les peignoirs, les claquettes, les serviettes, etc ... pleins de petites attentions qui nous ont fait passé un séjour parfait. Avis au futur familles, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés cette adresse. L'emplacement est top 5 minutes de gerardmer, 2 minutes du lac de xonrupt, 15 minutes des luges d'été ( bresse et schlucht).
