About this house rental
A pleasant vacation rental featuring a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4-burner induction stove, refrigerator, freezer, etc.) that opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the Vallée des Loisirs, a dining room, and a living area (2-person sofa bed, TV with set-top box and Wi-Fi password).
On the first floor: 1 master bedroom, 1 half-bath, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, 1 washing machine, and 1 dryer.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom: bathtub, double-sink vanity, and toilet.
1 bedroom converted into a playroom with a 2-person sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a 90x200 children’s bed, and the third with a changing table and a crib.
Option to add 1 90x200 folding mattress and 1 travel crib.
That’s a total of 4 adults and 6 children or 6 adults and 4 children.
All this is complemented by a garden with trees and flowers, a swing set, and a summer pool in the heart of the valley.
Please bring your own linens: sheets, towels, and dish towels.
In the heart of the village, you’ll find all local amenities: the post office, Victory grocery store, 2 pizzerias, 1 café-restaurant (L’Art du Temps) on the square, 1 tobacco shop, 1 produce stand, Le Temps du Vrac grocery store (bulk goods), and Les Trouilles farmhouse inn.
There are many local farmers selling directly to the public in the surrounding area.
The house is rented out with my personal belongings (clothes, games, books).

The tourist office is available to help you explore the department, including mountain bike trails, hiking trails, and more.
Nearby (subject to Covid-related opening hours): a tree-top adventure course in the Valley woods, pedal boats on the lake, stand-up paddleboarding on the Tarn, donkey rides around the lake, numerous family-friendly hiking trails, and Lake Molières.
Must-sees: the Lapeyrouse Chapel, the St. Nicolas de la Grave lake, the Lafrançaise viewpoint, the Boudou viewpoint, the banks of the Tarn River in Moissac and its restored mill, the Moissac cloister and Abbey, the village of Montpezat-de-Quercy, Lake Molière, Beaumont-de-Lomagne and its lake, the city of Montauban, Piquecos Castle, the Piquecos gorge, Caussade and its hats……
