About this apartment rental
This luxurious apartment is situated in a recent development close to the slopes in the Chinaillon village, area of the Grand Bornand resort.
The centre of Le Chinaillon as well as the slopes are a short drive or bus ride away (900m).
It is very spacious (92m²) and can sleep up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Three of them have a double beds and the 4th bedroom has a set of bunks. All of them have built in wardrobes with ample storage and are tastefully furnished throughout. One of the doubles has an ensuite shower room.
There is a shower room (ensuite) and a bathroom with a combi washer/dryer and 2 separate toilets.
The main living area is an open plan, with the kitchen, living room and dining room. All along this south facing side of the apartment the bay windows and French doors open out onto the 2 balconies with views onto the ski slopes & surrounding mountains. This makes this apartment particularly bright & enjoyable.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and extractor fan, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven and fridge/freezer as well as a Nespresso machine! The dining room has enough seating space for up to 10 people. The living room has two large sofas with a wide screen TV and DVD player. Internet is available on request.
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!
In addition to all this, you also have a ski locker on the ground floor of the building and a very spacious garage!
