About this villa rental
A modern 3 bedroom holiday villa close to one of the most beautiful villages in Provence; Roussillon.
The villa has been built in the natural pine forest, offering shade (if you want to avoid the sun!) in a peaceful environment.
Beautiful views over the Luberon to Bonnieux and Lacoste.
This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house offers all the comfort you are looking for for an ideal holiday with family or friends.
A private heated swimming pool (from May to September) or on request and secure for children, on a 6000 m² garden with trees.
The kitchen, very well equipped, has a scullery, with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
The kitchen opens onto 2 terraces (one of which is covered), overlooking the garden and the swimming pool, all facing south with an unobstructed view of the Luberon. The 2 terraces have tables for lunch in the sun or in the shade. A plancha and a barbecue are at your disposal.
There are 2 sleeping areas on either side of the house. One includes a master suite with a bedroom (a double bed of 160 x 200), an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room.
The other sleeping area has two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (160 x 200), another bedroom on two levels with 2 beds in total (a single bed on the first floor and a single bed on the mezzanine), as well as 2 bathrooms on the first floor, one with shower and toilet and the other with bathtub.
These 2 bathrooms are located on the first floor.
The living/dining room is open south facing to the garden, overlooking the pool and the Mont du Luberon.
This house is pleasant to live in, on one level on almost the whole, facing south, quiet, with a very nice view.
With all the comfort you could wish for, it will allow you to spend a great holiday with family or friends!

* deposit of 800 €.
* Cleaning fee of 160€ is included. Intermediate cleaning is possible and chargeable extra, to be requested on arrival.
* Opening period of the swimming pool: from 01/05 to 30/09.
* Heating of the house from 01/11 to 15/04: an additional cost is to be expected, invoiced on the basis of electricity consumption or a flat rate to be paid on arrival.
To finalize the rental we ask for:
- validate a personalized rental contract with a copy of identity documents.
- provide a certificate of insurance of the "holiday" or "holiday" type in the name of the signatory.

komfortables, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus (Bungalow) mit ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen mit Hund, großes Grundstück mit vielen Ess- und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien, in der Sonne oder im Schatten.

Un accueil chaleureux dans cette vraie maison de vacances à la fois toute simple, bien équipée et confortable. Rien à ajouter au dossier d’Hervé concernant la maison et la région, il est absolument complet et rigoureusement conforme à la réalité. Un excellent séjour. Merci!

Our expectations were largely met but there were some problems. First, after a few short days, the pool water was no longer clear. We had our test kit with us and this pool failed on all key fronts. We told the property managers and he said the pool man would come on Saturday and tend to this problem. Unfortunately, the pool man came and dropped new chlorine tabs in and said he would come back the next day. He never came. The water became so cloudy that a person standing in the water could not see below the thight. Yes, knees or feet were not visible! The water only worsened. Second, the Plancha grill did not come clean with soap or BBQ Grill cleaner (that we ought, along with stainless steel oven scrubbers). We spent a half hour or more every night scrubbing this apppliance down, and the time required increased, night to night. I believe the owner of the house ought to provide the proper cleaning supplies, and ensure that the stainless steel surface is properly sealed. We have our own plancha at home and also a lot of experience with various planchas, which underscores why we found this appliance to be sub-standard. It became so laborious to use I wanted to scream during week two. The super friendliness and kindness of the property manager makes this property attractive. Hervre always answered my questions when trying to decide on booking this property, and his super friendly greeting to us upon arrival showed us that he cared. I trust he will speak to the owners on the plancha and pool! He should also suggest that the owners install some basic outdoor lighting so that sitting outside at night is attractive. Right now it is not. There is no lighting around the pool or in the surrounding property area, only a blinding flood light. For the price of the property, this kind of ambiance ought to be considered. The location was of course absolutely perfect for exploring the area. We left here and went to another house in Lacoste for the same price, but the outdoor cooking facilities and lighting in our next house were far, far superior. So all iln all I give this property 3 or a 4 minus. Hervre gets a 5 plus for his kindness and professionalism! Merci.

Après nous avoir confirmé que la maison était climatisée, nous constatons avec dépit que la maison dispose de 2 climatiseurs portables encombrants nécessitant l’ouverture de fenêtre et condamnant forcément une sdb. Équipements globalement vieillissants voir dangereux (transats et parasols) . Piscine sale et non entretenue. De plus il faudrait signaler que la maison est totalement inconfortable pour 2 couples. Grosse déception donc par rapport aux attentes et au prix payé
