Just a few meters from the coastal trail and several small beaches, this beautiful villa exudes tranquility and serenity.
While close to the village of St. Marc-sur-Mer, it is located in a very quiet neighborhood.
Its “Around the World” decor and its open layout—with multiple floor-to-ceiling windows—give it a certain exotic charm.
The first floor of this house consists of:
- a large, spacious, and bright living room
- a kitchen open to the living room
- a “tropical”-style glass conservatory
- 1 master suite (1 180-cm bed) with a bathroom (shower and bathtub)
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90 cm) that converts to a double bed (140 cm)
- 1 half-bath
- 1 laundry room
Upstairs:
- Two bright bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed
Bedroom 2: with a 160 cm double bed
- a bathroom (shower) upstairs
- a mezzanine office
- 1 toilet
Outside, a large terrace overlooking a 2,300 m² lot (not overlooked by neighbors), on which stands the 10 m x 4.5 m heated pool, heated from early May (weather permitting) through late September and equipped with a safety curtain compliant with the NF P90-308 standard.
The spa is OUT OF SERVICE
There is also a private parking area (for 4 or 5 cars) and a small storage room with 5 bicycles available for guests’ use
