House in Guidel-Plages

The residence:
Pleasant maisonette of 40m², renovated to new, 500 m from the beach, with heated outdoor swimming pool (from June to September), which consists of:
• On the first floor:
- a veranda.
- a storage room with a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and a baby cot (travel cot).
- a living room with a bz (= possibility of double sleeping), a storage unit, an extendable table and chairs, a fitted kitchen with hob, a microwave oven, a Tassimo espresso coffee maker, a toaster, a blender and a dishwasher.
- a bathroom with a shower, a sink and toilets.
• Upstairs:
- A first bedroom with a double bed and a dresser.
- A second bedroom with a double bed (= BZ) and a 90 bunk bed (= single bed).

- Enclosed garden of 40 m² with a stone barbecue, a terrace with garden furniture and clothesline. An outdoor solar shower to rinse off after the beach or pool.
- A numbered parking space is at your disposal.
- Free access to the outdoor heated swimming pool of the condominium (open seasonally from June to September).
- Internet (fiber).

Please note:
- Accommodation for 5 people (if necessary there is a BZ in the living room that can be used but ONLY as an extra bed, to help out, for 2 additional people).
- Bed linen and towels not provided (provided with an extra charge on request)
- Departure cleaning to be carried out by the tenant (or cleaning fee of 50€).

Namely:
- Pets are allowed.
- Deposit of €250.

Options:
- Departure cleaning: possibility to book a cleaning package of €50.
Bed linen can be rented.
