About this chalet rental
Le Bivouac, 4* Chalet of 160 m2 that can accommodate 12 people in complete comfort.
It enjoys a south-facing orientation and a breathtaking view of the Aiguilles d'Arves and La Meije.
The Bivouac is located less than 200 meters from the ski lifts (sun chairlift) and shops. Return to skis depending on snow conditions
The centre of the resort is a 5' walk away. The chalet is also located right next to the free shuttle bus to the centre of the resort, the start of the ski lessons and the shopping arcades. A Super U is 300m away
The chalet is made up of 3 levels:
- On the first floor:
• An entrance hall to store skis, boots and ski clothes,
• A fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, etc.),
• A living room with a dining room and a living room,
• A bedroom with a double bed,
• A shower room,
• A separate toilet
• A 30m2 balcony with stunning views
- Upstairs:
• 2 bedrooms with double bed, one with balcony,
• A bedroom with 2 single beds,
• A bathroom with bathtub,
• A separate toilet
- On the garden level:
• A TV room,
• A bedroom with 2 single beds,
• A shower room,
• A separate toilet,
• A master suite
• A laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The chalet has 3 private parking spaces on a plot of 720m2
The price includes:
• Cleaning (Tenants must nevertheless return the accommodation in a correct condition: garbage emptied, dishes done and dishwasher emptied,...)
Optional sheets and towels: 200€
Use of the optional fireplace: 50€
A deposit of 2000 euros is required. Additional deposit of 200€ for the fireplace

Ce spacieux chalet a été au rdv de retrouvailles familiales (de 1 à 80 ans) !
Literies parfaites, grandes chambres, luminosité, vue exceptionnelle …
Un joli chemin piétonnier, 100% enneigé, permet de rejoindre le centre en 10-15 min, génial pour promener les plus jeunes en luge, notamment jusqu’au Piou-piou !
A 200 m du chalet, le 1er télésiège : TLS Soleil.
Je recommande vivement, belle prestation.
