I’m renting out my warm and cozy chalet, a 3-star-rated property, on a quiet street, set on landscaped grounds between Belvédère Park and the pine forest. Peace and quiet are guaranteed—everything is within walking distance, and it’s close to the slopes and hiking trails. Sleeps up to 8.
The “Cosy” chalet, built with horizontal wood paneling, features an outdoor terrace with a view of the Cambre d’Aze mountain, complete with a barbecue, a garden, and a ski storage room. Inside, the chalet features an entryway, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (single-bowl sink, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and other kitchen utensils), a private bedroom with a window on the first floor and a 140-size bed with a TV and Canal+ box. Upstairs, there is a separate bedroom with a window and another 140-size bed.
On the mezzanine: a 140-size bed in an alcove bedroom, plus a TV equipped with a DVD/DivX player and an Xbox One gaming console.
The living room features a sofa bed and a TV with Freebox, Netflix, Disney+, and other channels. The chalet has internet and Wi-Fi. You’ll also find everything you need for breakfasts and raclette nights to enjoy with family or friends.
The bathroom features a shower stall. The toilet is separate. A ski storage room is accessible at the back of the chalet.
Private parking is located on Rue du Belvédère, and parking is available in front of the chalet.
Pets are not allowed.
Seasonal rentals available in summer and winter, by the week or weekend—during and outside of school vacation periods—in the mountains, in a peaceful setting with fresh air.

A quiet, warm, welcoming, and cozy chalet: the warm atmosphere of this chalet will leave you with happy memories of moments shared with friends and family. Close to the base of the ski slopes, the Font-Romeu and Pyrénées 2000 ski areas, a supermarket, restaurants, a pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a bakery, shops, and across from a bowling alley and arcade.
In winter, the shuttle stop for the slopes is right across from the chalet (the base of the P2000 slopes is 200 meters away).
In summer, you’ll enjoy many sunny days on the lounge chairs, sofas, and armchairs in the fenced-in garden—perfect for sunbathing or grilling on the provided barbecue.
There are plenty of activities and entertainment options at the Bolquère-Pyrénées 2000 resort. From the recreation center and sports complex to the bowling alley (10 lanes), arcade games, and pool—all located across from the Chalet—as well as ATV tours during both the summer and winter seasons, the heart of Bolquère-Pyrénées 2000 is always bustling. Whether you’re with family or friends, day or night, a wide range of entertainment and activities is available. Hiking and horseback riding, mountain bike trails, dog sledding, and whitewater sports.
The slopes are accessible only from Pyrénées 2000 and Font-Romeu. This family-friendly ski resort offers many advantages, including easy access, stunning scenery, and a climate that’s often ideal. Bolquère Pyrénées 2000 is one of the largest ski areas in the Pyrénées-Orientales (ranging from beginner to expert runs). The 40 km of trails that make up the ski area are suitable for all types of skiing. Downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, vast open spaces for snowboarders, or simply areas dedicated to snowshoeing. You can rent ski gear and other equipment at the Ski Jet shop located at the base of the P2000 slopes.

Les indications avant, pendant et après la location ont été simples et efficaces. Des petits déjeuners super sympas à prendre du salon ou de la terrasse face à la montagne ensoleillée…le reste de la journée se passe bien entendu au grand air !!!!!!!

Chalet agréable et bien équipé, proximité tous services, cadre montagnard magnifique. Bons restos aux alentours, activités sportives pour tous les goûts. Les propriétaires sont sérieux et attentionnés. Très bonne expérience, à renouveler !!
