LES BALCONS D'ARLY welcomes you to a modern duplex located in Praz-sur-Arly, a 5-minute walk from the village center, right next to the ski bus and the regional bus stop. The slopes are 900 meters away, and Megève is a 5-minute drive away.
Elegant and bright, the fully renovated duplex at LES BALCONS D'ARLY features a warm, contemporary decor with a panoramic view of Mont Charvin and the slopes. This view is accessible from a south-east-facing balcony-terrace. We provide a ski locker in the basement. You’ll have access to a free parking space in the building’s shared parking lot.
The duplex is a 45-square-meter apartment comprising:
On the first level, there is a coat closet, a restroom with a sink and a child-sized toilet seat adapter, a sleeping area with two bunk beds, and a fully equipped kitchen for six people that opens onto the living room. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a large convection oven, a range hood, a microwave, a large refrigerator with freezer, a washing machine, a TV, and a 6-person table with extension leaves. Various kitchen appliances are available: a blender, toaster, traditional coffee maker, Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker, raclette set, fondue set, griddle, and pressure cooker.

The balcony is equipped with a table, two chairs, a grill stand, two lounge chairs, and a clothesline.
On the second level, a mezzanine with a double bed (140x200), a nightstand, and a dresser; a bedroom with a double bed (140x200), a large closet, and a vanity sink with a towel warmer. In this room, you’ll find a vacuum cleaner, a hair dryer, and board games. The bathroom features a toilet, an XXL walk-in shower, a towel warmer, and a vanity sink. You’ll also find a booster seat for children.
The bedding includes 2 duvets measuring 220x240, 2 duvets measuring 140x200, six pillows, and mattress protectors for each bed. You can rent bed linens, towels, or table linens on a weekly basis from the GACHET laundry service at 04 50 21 91 10 in Praz-sur-Arly, located at 339 Route de la Tonnaz (reservations recommended).
Guests are responsible for performing a thorough cleaning at the end of their stay. An inventory check will be conducted upon check-in and check-out when the keys are handed over.
A security deposit of €500 will be held via a credit card authorization hold and will not be charged. It will be released after the end-of-stay inventory check.
The phone number of the person responsible for handing over the keys and conducting the property inspection will be provided to you at a later date. You can then schedule an appointment directly with them for your arrival time (between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM) and departure time (between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM).
COVID-19 safety measures: a disinfection kit, mattress protectors, and disposable pillowcases will be provided.
Praz-sur-Arly is a family-friendly mid-mountain resort located in Haute-Savoie at an elevation of 1,036 meters in the heart of the Mont Blanc region, nicknamed “the French Tyrol,” about 1 hour from Geneva, 35 minutes from Albertville, 2 hours from Lyon via the highway, and 5 minutes from Megève.
Every 10 minutes, a free ski bus will take you to the base of the slopes and the village center. The bus stop is located at the entrance to the residence.
There is a regular bus service between Praz-sur-Arly, Megève, and the Sallanches SNCF train station. The bus stop for this line is located 300 meters from the apartment.
The resort is part of the Espace Diamant ski area (192 km of trails). It connects Praz-sur-Arly to Flumet, Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, Crest-Volant, and Les Saisies. In winter, numerous activities are available: downhill, cross-country, and ski touring, yooner, snooc, fat biking, ice climbing, guided or self-guided snowshoe hikes, dog sledding, baby sleds, snowmobiles, E-park, walking tours…, hot-air balloon rides, paragliding, horse-drawn carriage rides, aperigloo....

Excellent emplacement à 10 min à pieds du centre, belle vue, orientation sud ouest, navette ski bus à 50m. Immeuble calme. Studio bien aménagé et neuf. (Prévoir votre wifi). Un bon plan !
