About this apartment rental
The B52.
My apartment is located 800 meters from the medieval quarter and close to shops, in a secure residence with a concierge, private parking, and a locked bike storage area.
Set in a quiet, tree-lined area, the apartment measures approximately 45m² and features a southwest-facing terrace. Perfect for sleeping in and enjoying the last rays of the sun!
Bedding and towels provided.
Free pickup service available at the Sarlat train station or the Sarlat-Domme LFDS airport
The residence consists of two small, modern 3-story buildings with mansard roofs. Located on the 2nd floor (accessible by elevator), the apartment features an entryway with a closet, a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a closet, a bathroom with a tub/shower, a separate toilet, and a terrace with a dining area. The numbered parking space is next to the building’s entrance, across from the concierge’s office. The locked bike storage room is located a few meters away.
The residence is located at the northern entrance to the town of Sarlat, close to the roads leading to various tourist attractions. The medieval city walls are a 10-minute walk away via a direct, flat path. The Sarlat-Bus and Trans-Périgord stops are 200 meters away.
July and August: 7-night rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
I’ll be available to provide you with information upon your arrival about activities in this magnificent region and will be happy to assist you throughout your stay. For stays of at least 2 weeks, I’ll treat you to a scenic flight over the Dordogne Valley and its magnificent castles. It’s a chance for me to take the plane out of the hangar and share one of my passions with you!

The property was big, light and comfortable. The kitchen was beautifully appointed and there was a grocery store right across the street. Although we are no longer young, the walk into Sarlat was do-able. The best aspect of this property is the host. He is an enthusiastic proponent of his city, left lots of information in the apartment, gave great suggestions that we used at the tourist information office, and finally, he went above and beyond the call of duty by picking us up and dropping us back at the train station. A super visit to Sarlat.

We wanted a base to go to different places of interest in the area. It was perfect. The owner was prompt and very responsive, The apartment is very nice.

M. Gerodou est un excellent hôte, aimable et très courtois qui sait réserver un accueil digne d'un guide touristique par de nombreux conseils et renseignements dispensés dès l'arrivée. L'appartement est particulièrement bien équipé et confortable. Sa situation permet de se déplacer à pied jusqu'au centre historique de Sarlat. Très bonne expérience pour ce qui nous concerne.
