la maisonnette est au calme. L'absence de véhicule dans la copropriété apporte calme et sécurité (surtout pour les enfants). La proximité de l 'océan et les déplacements en vélos sont très appréciables avec toutes les commodités facilement accessibles. Je recommande sans hésitation !
