Villa Fantasia

The host was very kind and we felt very welcomed. Check-in was also very easy and they were considerate of our arrival times which was appreciated.. The villa was easy to find although you have to go uphill. Our room was cleaned every day which was a pleasant surprise. We had coffee, water at our disposal so that was nice as well. There is a small market nearby, the bus stop that takes you to the beaches is very close. The views over the town were also beautiful.

Not the fault of the property, but although there is a sign saying you should keep quiet at certain hours, at some point there was a lot of noise coming from the floor above us (dragging chairs, hitting doors). Most of the time we were not in the property so it was not such a big problem, but it was annoying when we were there. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Villa Fantasia is an exceptional place for a relaxing holiday in Skiathos. The property is beautifully maintained, very clean, and surrounded by lovely green gardens that create a peaceful atmosphere.The highlight of the stay is definitely the breathtaking sea view from the balconies. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The location is great, offering quiet surroundings while still being easily accessible.Above all, the hospitality is incredible. The hosts are genuinely kind, helpful, and make you feel right at home from the very first moment.

Very nice apartment block with charming courtyard. Clean, some condiments and biscuits provided. In a good area close to town, beach and bus stop. Convenient parking if you have a car.

One bedroom had no air conditioning so it was extremely difficult to sleep. Only one bathroom for 6 people.
