About this house rental
Charming ensemble of 150m2 composed of a main house (120m2) and an outbuilding (studio of 30m2), with a garden of 800m2 and wooden terraces.
The swimming pool is accessible to both houses.
The accommodation has been completely renovated with antique furniture and quality materials and can accommodate two or three families.
With a maximum of 10 people (including two children).
Travelers will have access to the entire accommodation.
The neighborhood is quiet, family-friendly and residential.
Beach 900m, city center 400m
Everything is there for a wonderful vacation!
The single-storey farmhouse main house measures 120m2.
It consists of four rooms:
- Two doubles (140cm beds)
- A 35m2 master suite with 160cm bed and its bathroom (with shower and WC).
- One with a bunk bed with two single beds
You will also find in the house:
- A second bathroom (with bathtub)
- Separate toilets
- A kitchen open to the dining room, living room and covered terrace
- A laundry room with storage, a second fridge, washing machine and dryer..
This house is inhabited all year round by a family of 4 people, some personal effects remain.
The wooded garden, ideal for relaxation, is equipped with a ping-pong table, a dartboard, pétanque balls, pala rackets, garden furniture, sun loungers, a BBQ and a plancha.
The swimming pool (12m2 unheated) will refresh both adults and children.
The Landes-style outbuilding (studio) of 35m2 is composed of:
- A main room with a 160cm double bed.
- A fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with WC.
It also has a beautiful wooden terrace overlooking a fenced garden.
Two adult bikes are available.
This accommodation is perfect for spending holidays with family or friends!
The ideal and maximum configuration of the house is 6/8 adults and 2 children/teenagers.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders praktisch ist die Aufteilung mit einem Haupt- und einem Nebenhaus auf dem gleichen Grundstück. Große überdachte Terrasse, schöner Pool, alles sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vermieter waren immer sofort erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
