About this house rental
Laurélie is composed of 2 houses, in an unfenced park of 6ha, one of which, renovated, is for our children, friends and... future tenants. This property has a soul. Climbing rose - old oak - garden - swimming pool - field and woods. Space and calm that deer - doe and fawn appreciate. We come to this place to recharge our batteries - meet - laugh - play, even petanque. We are 10 minutes from all the classic amenities and 5 minutes from organic producers. Hiking - cycling - water activities on the Lot and also visits to classified villages - vineyards: Cahors - Duras - Bergerac. There is a sweetness of life and a variety of landscapes; We are at the crossroads of 3 departments: Lot - Tarn et Garonne - Lot et Garonne and the Dordogne is 45 minutes away. In the house, the workshop is a versatile room where you can sleep (sofa bed) - play - work - repeat your musical instrument. The 2 twin beds in bedroom 2 can be moved together and transformed into a 1m80x1m90 bed with a good mattress topper. In winter electric heating is extra. Wood is offered for the wood stove.
Option:
- Cleaning must be carried out by the tenants when they leave. A deposit for cleaning will be requested on arrival (€70 in cash), which will be returned on their exit if this condition is respected. That is to say clean as when you arrived.
- There are no more garbage collectors at home. Everyone has to sort their waste, we make all the containers available for these different sortings.
- Bed linen and towel rental possible.
- If children under 6 years old, secure swimming pool Afnor standard
- Winter: electric heating package in addition

A rustic gite with lots of outdoor space, excellent facilities and owners who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing holiday. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet rural holiday with or without children.

The gite exceeded our expectations, there was more than enough space for a family of 5. The hosts were delightful and could not have been more generous. The terraced areas were private with beautiful views over wild flower meadows. The pool was the perfect temperature and a good size. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The children enjoyed table tennis and boules. We had a fantastic two weeks and would definitely return. Thank you Barbara and Fabian.

Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant dans cette maison au milieu des champs.
Nous avons adoré l’accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Barbara et Fabien.
La maison offre toutes les commodités, une piscine très agréable dans un environnement magnifique !
La maison n’est pas très isolée, il y a une grande surface à 10min et de nombreux marchés locaux.
Les enfants ont adoré l’espace de jeux qui s’offre à eux !

Superbe gîte très bien aménagé qui permet de se ressourcer (aucun bruit, aucune nuisance sonore) avec en panorama la campagne tout en étant proche des lieux à visiter. Accueil chaleureux de Barbara et Fabien qui sont à l’écoute de leurs hôtes et de bon conseil. Un superbe plus : la piscine à l’eau salée
