Ideally located between the Vosges and Alsace, nestled in the heights of the most sought-after district of Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, this residence of more than 250 square meters is a real haven of peace and tranquility, ideal for getting away from it all.
The town of Saint-Dié-des-Vosges is surrounded by mountains and forests, 20 minutes from Fraispertuis, 30 minutes from Gerardmer, 1 hour from Colmar and Nancy, 1 hour 15 minutes from Strasbourg and Europa-Park, etc.
For nature lovers: hiking, mountain biking trails, leisure parks and renowned massifs, crafts, visits to sweets and other local products welcome you all year round.
The Villa de la Porte d'Alsace is equipped with luxury services and high-level equipment.
A superb covered and heated swimming pool, a large professional sauna, a relaxation room with bar, etc...

The kota is designed for family and friends to get together in a special, warm place to spend quality time together. The grill in the middle stands for heating, and allows you to prepare hot meals and barbecues in all seasons! The main idea of the kota is conviviality.
The villa can accommodate eight people thanks to its four real bedrooms; with the possibility, if necessary, of having two additional beds using the sofa bed located in the relaxation room (and possibly on request an additional travel cot in the office for a young child...).
The villa is on two communicating levels:
On the upper level you have at your disposal three beautiful bedrooms with storage space (one of which has a large dressing room), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, American fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher), a large living-dining room (including a superb suspended fireplace, a large sofa, a flat screen TV, etc.), two bathrooms, two toilets, a large office ideal for teleworking (with Ethernet cable), a traditional "Grand-Mère" pizza oven and a very large balcony.
On the lower level you can enjoy a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and a large relaxation room (including a kitchen area with bar, a sofa bed, an adult table football and a flat screen TV). You will also find on this level a superb sauna, a laundry room equipped (washing machine, drying rack, ironing accessories) and a double garage accessible for your vehicles.
The Villa has a Fibre Internet connection with Wifi, TV package and DVD players. It is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers.
You rent the Villa and the whole exterior in complete private, no one but you can access it and you will not be disturbed.
The exterior is fully fenced and wooded, with a beautiful garden, many relaxation areas and a private parking lot with electric gate (no one can approach your vehicles). The 12-meter long swimming pool is covered and heated (except for wintering), which will allow you to enjoy it in any weather. The terraces are equipped with sunbeds, a large outdoor table for your meals with family or friends, an electric blind, a barbecue, outdoor lighting, etc.
A baby kit is available free of charge (cot, high chair and changing table).
Pets are allowed (with supplement), any damages are at your expense.
The villa is located in a quiet and residential area, we ask for strict respect for the neighborhood, parties are prohibited.

Attention future customers, as long as you do NOT come to party you are welcome, otherwise go your way, I am not renting a disco or a party room, but a quiet villa in a quiet and peaceful area.
