- direct access to the slopes
- access to the ski lifts at 200 meters by ski
- the best after ski bar "The Ronnie's" is just in front of the building, incredible atmosphere for all ages
- Meribus shuttle bus stop is in front of the building

- pedestrian access to shops at 200 meters (bakeries, Sherpa supermarket, butcher, caterer, 200 meters)
