Located in the heart of a charming village at the confluence of the Maine and the Loire, all amenities are within walking distance from the cottage: bakery, tobacconist, post office, media library, guinguette, gourmet restaurant, canoe/kayak club, food trucks... On Sunday mornings, enjoy the market and its products (gastronomy, clothing, artisans) which takes place right in front of the cottage. Bus lines can also take you to the train station and the city center of Angers and public car parks are located nearby to park your vehicle.
