About this house rental
La Terrasse du Loir is a private property (open since 2021); you’ll have the entire cottage to yourselves.
As of 2022, a 29°C heated pool measuring 7.50 m x 4 m has been installed.
For 2023: Pool heated from March 31 through November 5, inclusive.
For 2024: Pool heated from March 29 through November 3, inclusive.
The telescopic canopy measures 10.40 m x 6.20 m at its widest point and 1.80 m at its highest point.
The advantage of the canopy is that it keeps you warm inside in case of inclement weather; it can be opened fully or partially. This is essential for enjoying the pool for most of the year.
A 115 m² vacation rental with a large 24 m² terrace overlooking the Loir River, located 2 km from the zoo.
Accommodates 10 people in the 4 bedrooms. 12 with the sofa bed in the living room.
900 m² of waterfront property.
Comfort, a zoo-like atmosphere, and serenity on the banks of the Loir River are guaranteed at the “Terrasse du Loir” vacation rental.
Accommodation:
This place welcomes good cheer but does not allow birthday parties or other gatherings that would disturb the peace of nearby neighbors. We are not in an isolated location.

A shower room with a toilet and a laundry area.
Upstairs:
Large living area (beautiful kitchen open to the dining table, living room with two sofa beds)
1 shower room with double sinks
2 bedrooms with 1 140-size bed
2 bedrooms with 1 140-size bed and 1 90-size bed on a mezzanine
Shared walk-in closet for all 4 bedrooms.
The Moulin de la Bruère is a 5-minute walk away; from there, you can reach the footbridge that crosses the Loir River to access the Lacs de la Flèche.
Lac de la Monnerie is a 10-minute walk away, perfect for swimming, fishing, water sports, picnicking, or simply relaxing on the white-sand beach.
Just a 1-minute walk to rejoin the route to the Loir Valley.

Je recommande vivement, idéalement placé près du Zoo de La Flèche.

Deuxième réservations pour ce gîte, quand on a des bonnes adresses, on les garde.
Tout s'est très bien passé avec Christophe et Mickaël, logement très propre, nous avons pu voir la piscine dans le terrain, nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Arnaud

Nous avons passé un bon moment dans ce gîte, nouvellement restauré avec goût.
Rien ne manque et tout est pensé pour que le séjour soit agréable.
Le gîte est très fonctionnel, propre, confortable et la déco ravie les enfants et les adultes aussi.
La vue sur Le loir est un vrai plus et l'agencement extérieur permet d'en profiter pleinement.
Pour nous c'était un nouveau concept en toute autonomie pour l'arrivée et le départ.
Merci à Christophe et Mickaël pour l’accueil et leur réactivité du début à la fin.
De beaux projets sont encore à venir pour le bien être des nouveaux locataires.

Gîte formidable, décoration soignée et dans le thème pour une visite au zoo. Parfait pour accueillir notre famille de 10 personnes pour une nuitée. Équipement au top, hôte à l'écoute. Hâte d'y retourner pendant la belle saison pour profiter de l'extérieur et de la superbe terrasse. Merci pour ces beaux souvenirs petits comme grands sommes ravis 😍
