Relaxation, sun and splendid panorama overlooking the Flaine/Grand Massif area await you!
Set off on skis on the slopes (return by ski bus), snowshoeing, hiking, trail running, mountain biking, golf... after a beautiful day of sport in the great outdoors and in a chalet atmosphere, relax on the terrace with a drink, at the Spa (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, fitness, deckchairs, etc.), or at the bar/restaurant... and admire the landscape, rejuvenation guaranteed!
The accommodation
Ideal for 4 people, this 41 m2 apartment all dressed in wood, in a luxury 4* residence, will ensure you a very comfortable stay in a cozy and mountain atmosphere. For your peace of mind, linen is provided and cleaning included.
It includes:
- an 11 m2 bedroom with a King Size double bed (new bedding), rocking chair, television, cupboards,
- an en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, hairdryer, towel dryer),
- a living room (with double sofa bed with a new mattress, single sofa, television, storage),
- a dining area with a table and 4 chairs,
- a spacious kitchen (hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, raclette machine...)
- separate toilets with sink,
- plenty of storage space,
- a south-facing terrace of 10 m2 (equipped with a table and 4 chairs),
- a ski locker/boot warmer.
Wifi, covered parking and access to the wellness center (Swimming pool, gym, sauna, hammam...) are included at no extra cost in the rental.
At your disposal in the residence: Bar-Restaurant, croissants on order at the reception, ski rental, laundry... In the surrounding area, a renowned restaurant, a 24-hour pizza machine and a convenience store. 500 meters away is a supermarket on Flaine Montsoleil.
PLEASE NOTE that the resort of Flaine as well as the residence's facilities (wellness centre, swimming pool, bar, shops, shuttles, etc.) are only open in high season, i.e. from mid-December to mid-April and in July-August. In mid-season, the area is transformed into a kingdom for hikers.
Traveler access
- Shuttles a few steps from the residence allow you to connect the 5 different levels of the Resort (snow front, Forum, Forest, Montsoleil and the Hamlet) free of charge until 6:30 pm.
- Inclined lifts operate 24 hours a day to connect Flaine Forum to Flaine Forêt.
- On foot, the lively district of Flaine Forum is about 1.5 km away, allow about 15 minutes of operation on the way down. This village center is pedestrianized.
- Concerning vehicles, a parking space secured by a code is allocated to you with the rental at no additional cost in the basement. In the evening, to get around, the public parking lots on the different levels are free from 7 p.m.

Activities in the immediate vicinity of the residence:
- 265 km of slopes in the Grand Massif area, including 139 slopes and 62 ski lifts. Departure from the residence on skis and return by the resort's free ski bus
- 2.5 km of cross-country skiing/skating trails
- an 18-hole golf course at an altitude of 1900 metres with a splendid panorama (open from 26 June to 12 September)
- a trail running course, hiking and snowshoeing routes, a relaxing Yoga course... as well as an exceptional fauna and flora surrounded by a striking panorama!
To quickly access the lively centre of Flaine, take the shuttle bus and discover the heart of the resort with the colourful open-air sculptures of Picasso, Vasarely and Dubuffet. My family and I had a fantastic time staying here, the apartment is located in a great spot where you can ski into the resort and use ski bus to return. The flat is immaculate and has everything you need, beds are very comfortable and the kitchen facilities are great. It also has a stunning view.
The ski lockers and carpark were very convenient. You can also hire skis and buy ski pass from the shop onsite.
We really enjoyed the spa, pool and local restaurant a few times.
The host Corinne made us feel very welcome and was available to assist if ruined however everything worked out perfectly.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Un beau séjour dans cet appartement. On dispose d’une vue magnifique sur le domaine. Séjour idéal pour 4 personnes, en famille, dans cet appartement bien équipé, très propre et très chaleureux. Accès assez rapide au cœur de la station (ski, bus ou voiture le soir).Une description de la location conforme.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement chaleureux, confortable et très bien équipé. Nous avons une très belle vue sur les montagnes et le Hameau de Flaine. L’accès aux pistes est direct et le retour à la résidence se fait en bus sans soucis (il y a un local à skis pour ranger les affaires). La résidence propose de nombreux services tels que le pain frais le matin, une restauration sur place, un espace spa piscine (etc …).
Un grand merci à Corinne (la propriétaire) qui est à l’écoute et de très bons conseils.
Nous recommandons cette location pour un séjour chaleureux.
