Comprenant un séjour/cuisine équipée, elle dispose de 3 chambres dont une au rez-de-chaussée avec une large baie ouvrant sur la terrasse, une salle d'eau / WC séparé, une belle véranda ouvrant sur le jardin verdoyant, avec une douche extérieure chauffée.
Située au calme d'un charmant petit village typique de Névez, à quelques minutes du bourg de Névez et du GR34, des ports de Kerdruc et de Port Manec'h, du Moulin à marée du Hénan et des magnifiques plages locales. Le lieu idéal pour profiter de la campagne et de la mer dans un environnement reposant.

Wir haben gerade zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen und sind begeistert gewesen. Das Haus ist wirklich komplett, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und der Wintergarten ist sowohl für das Frühstück als auch für das Abendessen immer sehr angenehm. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mit einem tollen Gartenblick und netten Nachbarn. Valerie und Jean sind wirklich tolle Vermieter, die stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall im nächsten Jahr wieder her. Dies war unsere 6. Reise in die Bretagne und mit Abstand das schönste Haus, das wir hatten. Familie Fuchs

Das Ferienhaus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft: Eine Oase der Ruhe mitten im Grünen. Unsere Vermieter waren jederzeit bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Fazit: Ein Wohlfühlort, den wir gerne weiter empfehlen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in toller Umgebug

Dieses wunderschöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus ist Teil einer kleinen Siedlung außerhalb des Ortes. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und sonnig. Durch den Wintergarten kann man auch Herbst - zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise - den Garten genießen. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, und auch die Küche läßt keine Wünsche offen. Bei Problemen helfen die sehr freundlichen Vermieter gerne weiter. Die Umgebung läßt sich wunderbar mit dem Fahrrad erkunden - das zauberhafte Pont-Aven und das Flußtal des Aven, die nahe gelegenen Strände oder auch Concarneau mit der magischen Ville Close. Der Ort Nevez bietet alle nötigen Einkaufsgelegenheiten - wenn man möchte wird es ein Urlaub der kurzen Wege.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison toute neuve idéalement placée, au calme, dans le bel environnement de Névez. Valérie et Jean-François nous ont très bien reçus, c'était un vrai plaisir de découvrir la Bretagne Sud depuis ce bel endroit.
