Rental of the independent first floor of a detached house, 8 minutes from the center of Toulouse.

- A living room with sofa, a fireplace and an American-style kitchen equipped with a fridge, gas stove, washing machine, storage cupboards, microwave, etc.
At one end of the living room, 2 adult beds (80X2 meters), separated by a partition.

Easy and free parking in front of the house (or in the entrance passage, on request, to charge or unload). Electrical outlet available
Easy access by bus: direct from the Marabiau train station (exit at the back and take the lineo 9 which runs every 8 minutes; get off at the Ormeau stop, 20 meters from the house). Coming from the airport, take the shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes, get off at Jean Jaurès; take the connection with the lineo 9.
By car, by the southern highway loop, exit 18 "Montaudran", 600 meters from the house. There is a pizzeria, bakery, a "carrefour market", a Picard store, banks, a post office and all shops, on the Place de l'Ormeau, 100 meters away, as well as markets, on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.
Two "vélo toulouse" stations nearby.
