Close to the beaches and the center of Bidart, this magnificent 5-bedroom architect-designed villa with a swimming pool and a sauna has a breathtaking view of the ocean. It is the perfect place to spend a beach vacation on the Basque Coast.
THE LIVING SPACE
The house is spread over 3 levels and has been recently renovated with spacious rooms equipped with high quality furniture.
On the first floor, the main level of the house, an American kitchen and a living room with a dining table for 12 guests open onto an outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and the garden.
On the second floor you will find a large living room equipped with a TV, large sofas and a bar with a kitchenette for your movie nights or your aperitifs on the terrace facing the sea.
On the first floor, you will have access to a room equipped with a sauna, opened on the outside terrace via bay windows.
THE BEDROOMS
On the first floor of the house, you will find a first bedroom equipped with a double bed (150cm) and a shower room with toilet; a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a third bedroom with two twin beds. These last two rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.
On the top level is the fully equipped master suite (150cm double bed) with its own bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet.
On the garden level, the fifth bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and a separate shower room.

You can park up to 4 vehicles in the house.
