Your holiday rental includes: On the ground floor: • A fully equipped open-plan kitchen/living room, • A lounge with a Smart TV and pellet stove. • A bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and an en-suite shower room. • A separate WC. Upstairs: • A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a home office area, and high-speed internet access. • A bedroom with a single bed (90x190cm). • A bathroom with a bathtub. • A separate WC. Outside: • A 10.50 m² paved terrace. • A private garden of approximately 200 m² and a private courtyard of 100 m² (the rest of the outdoor space is shared with the owners). • An indoor heated swimming pool, shared with the owners, open from the beginning of the Easter holidays to the end of the All Saints' Day holidays. Dimensions: 8m x 4m, depth 1.40m. Pool towels are included in the rental. South-facing cottage, adjoining the home of Martine and Alain, the owners. You'll appreciate the view overlooking a valley, offering a garden that is both open and wooded, including fruit trees. The property is secured by a gate and a 50m fence along the roadside. A closed garage is available for motorcycles and bicycles. Hiking trails start directly from the cottage (3 routes in the commune). The Plédran forest (15 km) offers walkers, joggers, and mountain bikers an ideal playground, as does the Avaubour Bois Meur forest (20 km) with its 8 trails. The village is 1.5 km away. A market is held every Wednesday morning (food). The Gouet lake is 6 km away, Quintin (8 km), a charming small town with a castle and lake, is also nearby. Plérin Les Rosaires (18 km) has a family-friendly beach. Binic, the pearl of the Goëlo Coast with its port and beaches, is 20 km away. PLEASE NOTE: The owners can accompany you on a day trip by motorcycle or bicycle (cyclotourism at an audax pace). Treat yourself to your next holiday in Saint-Donan: cottage with swimming pool, 15 km from Saint-Brieuc and 18 km from a family beach for unforgettable moments!
