About this cottage rental
This 80m² ground-floor cottage (a few steps inside) features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a single bed, and one with two single beds), and a full bathroom (shower, sink, and separate toilet). For your convenience, utilities are included in the price. Located at the crossroads of three departments—Allier, Puy-de-Dôme, and Loire—Monique and Jean-Luc welcome you to their cottage in the hamlet of Le Charbonnier, where their family farm is situated. Now retired, they will be happy to show you around their children's farm, which includes dairy cows and beef cattle. You can watch the cows being milked, visit the barn... The cottage has a 100m² enclosed courtyard and a lovely 25m² wooden terrace where you can enjoy the barbecue, sun loungers, and garden furniture.
The price includes: - Utilities (heating, electricity, gas, and water)
Please note that excessive consumption may incur an additional charge.
