Beata and Guy welcome you to their peaceful property on the edge of the garrigue, located on the outskirts of the village of Saint-Maximin, just a stone’s throw from Uzès, a city of art and culture.
The Villa l’Imprévu de l’Évéscat consists entirely of a large, bright 50 m² living area with an open-concept kitchen, two bedrooms with queen-size beds, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a pantry. A 70 m² terrace combining stone and wood overlooks a secure, private 9 m × 4.50 m pool.
No pets allowed.
Due to its layout, the property is not suitable for young children.

We arrived much later than planned, but Beata was extremely accomodating. The property was immaculate and the hosts unobtrusive but friendly. Perfect if you're interested in exploring Uzés .

Normally we like to return home after 2 weeks of holiday. However, we found it very difficult to leave this paradise again: In a wonderful area between marvellous nature and interesting culture, with beautiful nearby hiking trails, quaint markets and great restaurants, in an excellently furnished house with good beds, comfortable seating, a perfectly and fully equipped kitchen and a great pool, and above all with Beata and Guy, two wonderfully attentive and helpful, yet always discreet hosts, a holiday is unimaginably relaxing and magical.
We look forward to next year!

A wonderful 2 bedroom property, nicely renovated and well maintained in a picturesque town. The location to visit local cities is perfect and the Villa has everything needed for a relaxed stay in tranquil surroundings. The hosts Guy and Beata, made us all feel so welcome and looked after. A perfect family holiday Villa and location
