Beautiful house of character in the heart of a pretty village in Drôme Provençale. This house of 150 m2 consists of:
- On the first floor: an entrance and a toilet
- On the 1st floor: a kitchen fully equipped with high-end elements (2 fridges, 1 freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, central vacuum, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), a laundry room, a living room, an office, a bedroom with double bed, with bathroom and toilet attached.
Outside, you can enjoy a 60m2 terrace not overlooked, which will allow you to spend beautiful evenings in peace. Notice to amateurs, the terrace has a plancha, a pizza oven.
- On the 2nd floor: you will discover 3 bedrooms with double beds, one of them with a toilet, as well as a mezzanine with its reading area.
The house is located in a village with a local bakery/tobacconist/delicatessen, happy to welcome you for your holidays.
It is located 5 minutes from the town of Montélimar, 15 minutes from various rivers ideal for swimming as well as many typical villages of the Drôme Provençale: Sauzet, Marsanne, Grignan, La Garde Adhemar... And 40 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc in the Ardèche.
The Mediterranean Sea is 1h30 from the house.
