The house is located in the countryside in the beautiful Douarnenez Bay, halfway (2.5 km) between the charming town of Poullan-sur-Mer—where you’ll find the main shops (bakery, grocery store, butcher shop, deli, pharmacy, bar, restaurants), and Tréboul, with its beaches, marina, water sports center, daily market, thalassotherapy center, and shopping area.
The vacation rental features 3 bedrooms—2 on the first floor, 1 of which has an en-suite bathroom—a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a terrace with patio furniture and an awning, and an enclosed courtyard. A covered smoking area is directly accessible at the back of the house.
Nearby, you’ll find numerous hiking trails, including one that starts right from the house, as well as the stunning coastal paths overlooking Douarnenez Bay.
