Colored fully renovated house, prefectly located at the entrance of the highly sought-after Cap d`Antibes and less than a 10 minutes walk from its beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shops in Juan les Pins!
The property has been completely renovated both inside and out to offers you an idyllic stay with your family or friends.

On the ground floor, there is a beautiful living area with a relaxation corner, TV, and a dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen that opens onto a terrace and garden for you to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sun.
Upstairs, we have three ensuite bedrooms with shower/bathtub and a guest toilet. In the lower part, there are two bedrooms with a shower room and a guest toilet, a second kitchen with outdoor access providing independence.
Outside, you will enjoy a balcony and a terrace both equipped with a dinning table to enjoy outside meals, a lounge area with sunshade and deckchairs, a pétanque strip for friendly moments with friends or family and a trampoline
Parking is available inside the villa or easily on the street.
This villa will delight you with its calmness, proximity, and spaces.
Check-in is from 3 pm - 7pm , for arrivals after 7 p.m., please contact us for additional charges.
Check-out is from 8 am to 11 am, for departures outside these hours, please contact us for availability.
