About this house rental
Splendid architect-designed villa in a quiet area located in Saint-Leu with a 180 degree view of the Indian Ocean.
With a surface area of 210 m² on 2 floors, you will fall under the spell of its architecture which is reminiscent of that of an ocean liner with its outdoor passageways allowing you to reach very distinct spaces.
Its staircase linking the 2 levels will not fail to mark you, as will its breathtaking view and its top-of-the-range services.
The 75 m² living space is structured around a large kitchen facing the ocean, a dining room, two living rooms (including a TV that can accommodate 8 people) and a 40 m² veranda.
The sleeping area is composed of 3 bedrooms independent of each other, each with its own bathroom/shower room with toilet (beds of 180 and 160). A 4th bedroom with bunk beds.
During the day, you can relax around the heated swimming pool not overlooked, on the upper terrace or in the 700 m² garden.
In the evening, you will have an aperitif on the upper terrace while contemplating the sunset before going down to dinner on the veranda.
Located a 15-minute walk from the city center, you can access the shops, the lagoon, its beaches and restaurants.

An exceptionally designed villa with wonderful views over the sea.
The hosts could not have been more helpful and the villa was clean, tidy and very well equipped.

La maison est très bien située.Les pièces sont spacieuses et lumineuses.La déco est moderne et de très bon goût.La piscine est d’une dimension suffisante pour nager et est chauffée .Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
