Very nice 3-room apartment of 65 m2 and its 30 m² of terraces. It is located in Seignosse ocean close to all shops and 400 m from the beach! and 7 minutes walk from Atlantic Park. The apartment is quiet on the first floor, in a very pretty wooded residence completed at the end of 2021 "Dune blanche" and has a private parking space, secured in the basement and a bicycle room.

- A large comfortable and bright living room with TV, wifi internet, Netflix, soundbar/speaker.
- A new sofa.
- A new fully equipped open kitchen (oven, hood, induction hob, filter coffee or Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, food processor, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer).

- A bedroom with double bed 160, 2 bedside tables, tilt-and-turn window, large storage cupboard.
- A bedroom with 2 single beds 80, 1 bedside table, tilt-and-turn window, storage space
- A bathroom with large walk-in shower, mirror vanity unit, towel dryer.
- A separate suspended toilet.

All equipment and bedding are new and comfortable.
The bedding includes beds for 4 adults.

The apartment is located on the first floor with 2 terrace spaces, small fenced green area, garden furniture with extendable table, a duo garden furniture, 2 deck chairs, plancha. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during the high season for housekeeping reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

Two pedal strokes and you have arrived in Seignosse with its different worlds: the beaches, between the Penon and the Estagnots, the golf course right next door, the ponds and the village, a little set back from the coast where you feel like you are in the countryside!

Seignosse has this natural, cool and nice side: small restaurants of world cuisine, healthy food and organic, cabins on the beaches to relax on a deckchair, a magnificent pine forest to enjoy nature. Your typical day of vacation in Seignosse? Total disconnection: jogging in the wide open spaces, surfing or golf sessions early in the morning, meeting at the market under the pines, shopping for the evening "plancha", basking and meeting your tribe at the end of the day at the Paillottes de la plage for an aperitif-tapas at sunset!

Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's also what a real holiday is all about, and it's much faster to get to the market! The cycle path called Vélodyssée not far from the district.

Please note that it is strictly forbidden to plug in your electric car from the apartment and throughout the condominium.

Deposit of 800 € must be given on arrival and will be returned during the week following your departure. Arrival from Saturday to Saturday during the summer period.
