Nestled between the Montagne Noire and the Pyrenees, this peaceful haven—spanning nearly 3 hectares, surrounded by nature, and bordered by the famous Canal du Midi—is the perfect starting point for exploring the region and visiting nearby attractions: the fortified city of Carcassonne, the Cathar castles, the sun-drenched vineyards of the Minervois and Corbières, regional cuisine, and numerous remarkable sites (the abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse, …).

An elegant, characterful stone house from the early 20th century, reminiscent of a Lauragaise country estate, this imposing, renovated residence stands out against a backdrop of plane trees and cypresses, concealing a large swimming pool and recreational facilities perfect for unwinding and enjoying unforgettable moments with family or friends over a game of pétanque or a barbecue.
Upon entering your guesthouse, you’ll discover a spacious, modern, and fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a large living room with a fireplace and television, as well as three spacious and elegantly renovated bedrooms. You’ll enjoy all the modern comforts
You can also enjoy special moments on the private terrace, by the pond, or in the pool area.

As soon as you pass through the estate’s gate, you can also get away without a car, thanks to the bicycles provided for your use, or take a leisurely stroll along the Canal du Midi towpath.
A remarkable feature of Domaine La Masquierette is its authentic luxury houseboat (the Black Mountain), moored just a few meters from the gate and featuring three luxurious guest cabins. We can therefore offer you custom cruises on the Canal du Midi.
You can rent out the entire estate for week-long or weekend stays (minimum 2 nights); it can accommodate up to 15 people.
