- a fitted kitchen open to the living room with a flat-screen TV, including 2 single beds (which can be joined together to form a 160cm bed),
- a balcony (with a table and 4 chairs) with an unobstructed view of the mountain and the swimming pool.

In the residence you will find:
- a common area on the first floor with fireplace, billiards, table football, children's play area,
- a wellness area (sauna, solarium and gym) access according to the health restrictions in force,
- the heated outdoor swimming pool (from 15 June to 31 August),
