Your vacation rental, adjoining the owners' home, comprises on one level: a living room (home cinema) with fitted kitchen of very good quality (American fridge, wine cellar, food processor, etc.), a bedroom opening on the living room with large dressing room and flat screen TV (1 140x200 bed), a bathroom with shower and WC and a teenager's bedroom with a 90x200 bed, flat screen TV and beautiful adjoining bathroom (shower, washbasin and WC). Take advantage of a beautiful relaxation area laid out on a mezzanine with a height of less than 1.20m. You will enjoy a very beautiful terrace of 70 m², closed, furnished with summer kitchen, pizza oven, bar, sauna and jacuzzi available all year round. Heating is via the pellet stove: 3 bags are provided free of charge. You can park your vehicle in front of the apartment, a space is reserved for you. Do you dream of discovering Perros Guirec, an emblematic resort on the Côte de Granit while staying in luxury accommodation? This single-storey apartment has everything to seduce you: contemporary architecture with large bay windows, beautiful interior volumes, designer furniture, refined and elegant decoration.
