Très beau logement, bien situé, proche du port , en bord de plage , sans vis à vis. Très belle résidence, calme( en cette periode). Bien équipé. Conforme aux photos.

Mon séjour au GDR a été parfait depuis la prise de réservation jusqu'à la fin!
Les équipes de GRAND SUD IMMOBILIER ont été réactives, présentes le dimanche même en fin d'apm, attentives à chacune de mes questions, bienveillantes sur mes demandes.
Les instructions étaient très bien délivrées (email/sms/tel) - j'avais une demande spéciale pour le départ, j'ai été satisfaite rapidement malgré le contexte d'une fin de saison dense, cela a été vivement apprécié.
La résidence est très bien située, la vue mer est spectaculaire (certes il est situé en entrée du centre ville mais l'agence prévient en toute transparence). L'appartement est calme, très bien équipé, hyper lumineux. Dormir la nuit avec le bruit des vagues est top - petit détail: la machine à café est une Senseo et non Nespresso :))) (j'avais prévu les dosettes Nesp, rien de grave).
Le parking attitré au logement sécurisé, l'accès à la mer via la résidence aussi.
Je recommande à 200%:

Appartement dans une propriété sécurisé avec parking attribué. Il y a un accès direct à la plage par une porte également sécurisé. L'emplacement de appartement permet de faire énormément de choses sans prendre la voiture. Beaucoup de choses à proximité. A recommander.
