About this house rental
In the heart of the Mas de Gigaro estate, this two-storey semi-detached farmhouse opposite the communal swimming pool features a bright living room with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, opening onto a lovely terrace with sea views.
At the entrance to the farmhouse, on the first level, you will find 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and fans (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), as well as two shower rooms with toilets, one of which has a window. Numbered free parking space. Free wi-fi. Access to the farmhouse down ten or so steps.
Enclosed, secure estate covering 40 hectares with a communal swimming pool from June to September (€10/person/week + €50 deposit; free for children under 7), 4 tennis courts (€100 deposit then access for €40/week on reservation) and a club house.
Optional linen hire: €20 double bed, €10 single bed, €8 set of 2 towels including bath mat and tea towels.
The farmhouse is located 1.6km from the Gigaro beach with its sandy beaches, its coastal path and sea path, its restaurants and mini-market (bakery and international press area); from the Collebasse pass, Ramatuelle is 10mn away, the beaches of l'Escalet less than 15mn and those of Pampelonne 20mn away.
