- First floor: 3 bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed, 1 bathroom, separate toilet, large kitchen open to the living area, balcony-terrace with a table for 8 people.
- On the first floor: bathroom with toilet, a large bedroom with one 160x200 bed and one 90x190 bed opening onto a large terrace.
20 minutes from Marignane Airport and 25 minutes from the Aix-les-Milles TGV station.
This villa is intended for family vacations; we do not allow loud, party-style gatherings.
Located in Carry-le-Rouet, a typical village on the Côte Bleue, 500 m from Cap Rousset Beach. The village center is a 500-meter walk away.
Easy and free parking on the Bellevue Park driveway in front of the villa.
Right next to the stunning Calanques of the Côte Bleue, accessible on foot or by car.

Beautiful clean house with great views in a quiet convenient-to-village neighborhood. Temperature control was great, nice appliances and comfortable outdoor spaces.

One of the nicest VRBO places we have stayed at. The inside was modern, clean, and well-appointed. But we stayed at this place because of the views! They were spectacular. It was also conveniently located to the main roads. Parking in front of the building was a huge help and we had a decent sized van. We made a few trips into Marseille and I am so glad I did not stay in the city (where parking and just getting around was tough - particularly in August). My family and I walked into town for dinner which was quick and simple (even with the hill/stairs on the way back). Downtown even had a night market (which occurs on most evenings) which added to the charm. The host was very attentive. We ran low on toilet paper and she dropped some off the next morning. This property is on my return list.

I could have looked out over that terrace all day. I’m glad we stayed outside Marseille instead of in it, and had a spot to park our rental car. The kitchen was well equipped, grocery store was close by, and the walk to the town center was easy. Uphill back a little harder after a full meal;). Air conditioning worked very well, could have used blackout curtains for sleeping in. I also liked that upstairs the toilet was separate from the bathroom. Made it easier to share.
