About this chalet rental
Altitude 1750 Immobilier exclusively offers you this extraordinary property: Le Chalet Léonie. This extraordinary property represents the best in luxury and comfort. Chalet Léonie benefits from an ideal location right in the resort center and only 50m from the snow front.
Built on an area of ??more than 400m² over 5 floors, Chalet Léonie has 6 large suites with private bathrooms and a 6-bed dormitory.
Location:
Chalet Léonie is located on Rue des Chasseurs Alpins, close to the center of the resort and the snow front. 3 outdoor parking spaces and 3 spaces in the garage are reserved for you.
Chalet facilities:
On the garden level, entry into the chalet can be made either through the main entrance or through the ski room allowing ski equipment to be stored warm and safe thanks to a 14 pair shoe dryer and racks for skis. The chalet also has a 3-space garage.
On the Ground Floor: this "fun" floor includes a home cinema as well as a heated indoor swimming pool and a sauna.
On R+1, you will find four master suites between 15 and 20 m² with private bathrooms and access to the balcony. Each room has a 160 cm bed. In each of them, you will find a personalized decoration as well as the following comfort equipment: TV, towel dryer and storage space. A 6-bed dormitory with private bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room complete this floor.
On the ground floor, a spacious and comfortable living space opening onto a terrace allows you to admire the slopes. The living room offers two lounge areas, a dining room and an equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comfort (2 dishwashers, induction hob, 2 ovens, microwave, 2 refrigerators, etc.) while the living rooms offer a TV area and a fireplace. A separate toilet and a storeroom complete this floor.
Under the attic, a glass roof mezzanine offers a reading or games corner, ideal for young and old children. This level also accommodates 2 master suites of 18 and 22m² equipped with private bathrooms with WC.
The end-of-stay cleaning service is included as well as the rental of bed linen and bathroom linen.
