Stunning villa newly renovated, a multi level property, located on the heights of Dévé with a breathtaking 180-degree view over the Caribbean sea and the lagoon in Grand Cul De Sac, Villa Agave Azul boasts a modern decoration and a gorgeous pool.
This is a very comfortable house with excellent bedding.
On a main level, there are the living room open to the kitchen and bedroom 1
On a higher level, there are bedroom 2 and bedroom 3.
On a lower level and below the main house, there is bedroom 4.
Villa Agave Azul is 10 min away by car from the local grocery stores, bakeries and beach in Lorient and 15 min from St Jean airport and Gustavia with its harbor, bars, shops and restaurants.
Villa Agave Azul is also connected to the fiber optic network, providing high-speed Internet access. What's more, the villa can accommodate a 9th person in bedroom 3, which contains a 3rd bed.
