About this apartment rental
T2 duplex, completely renovated, top floor, with elevator, with a beautiful view from its 2 terraces (9 and 14 m²) on the hills of Hyères, and small sea view on the Almanarre beach side, offering magnificent sunsets.

The apartment consists of an entrance, a new kitchen, very well equipped (induction hob, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and washing machine, toaster, kettle, ...), a central island separates the kitchen from the living room, which has a very comfortable convertible sofa bed, a television. This room opens onto a 9m² terrace with table and parasol for outdoor dining.
This 1st level gives access to the bathroom with shower and toilet. A staircase leads to the first floor where the mezzanine bedroom is located offering an excellent 140 cm bedside, with bedside tables, dresser and television. But also a large dressing room with desk, opening onto a 14 m² solarium with garden furniture and chaise longue.
The apartment is air-conditioned!
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. The provision of household linen is optional (+€25 per bed)
The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the first beaches, ... Located in the heart of the port of Hyères, it is a lively area with all amenities: mini-market, bank, bakery, pastry shop, caterer, tobacco shop, restaurants, Sunday farmers' market... The car can therefore remain in the closed garage in the basement!
Departure 200 m from the port of Hyères for the islands of Port Cros.
For those arriving by train, the train station is 15 minutes away by bus with a stop at the foot of the building,

It was a very nice and cozy house with plenty of room to spare if you go with a friend or with your company. Great place to be as you don’t have to rent a car to cover any of your needs. The house it self is armoured with all kitchen, laundry, bed and closet facilities. It’s also a big privilege that it’s on the 4th floor with 2 balconies. Thank you host.
