It is spacious and is very convenient for any type of stays ! If you would like to come stay and enjoy Cannes with family or friends, you will love it ! Everything can be accessed by walk. However, if you are coming for a business trip, it will be perfect thanks to its direct proximity to the Palais des Festivals and the train stations. The apartment also has a great Internet connexion.

This apartment is owned by an American couple but managed by an agency. This company will be the one in charge of welcoming you, assist you throughout your stay and they will be also here for your check out! In other words, you will always be able to contact the agency by text, WhatsApp, calls and in face-to-face if needed!
This company has a staff that speak English and French in order to make your stay as easy as possible.
Check ins are usually from 4 PM to 8PM. If you would like to check in earlier or later, you will need to get a confirmation by the agency to see if it is possible.
## Neighbourhood
This apartment is located in the famous rue Meynadier in Cannes where the old city area of Cannes starts (it is called the Suquet district). This area is pedestrian and very authentic. You will be able to deeply enjoy a French expericence by being in-between shops, restaurants, bars, market place, the sea, the Croisette, the Palais des festivals, the train station and so much more !
The rue Meynadier is the shopping street, popular and historic Cannes. Pedestrian end to end, there are some of the best gourmet addresses in Cannes. A few meters from the Forville market, alleys of freedom and the Old Port, it attracts a crowd of onlookers every day.
Less than 10 minutes walk from the accommodation:
- Rue d'Antibes known for its many shops
- Rue Hoche for its cafés and restaurants
- The Carré d'Or neighborhood known for its bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes
- La Croisette for its luxury brands, palaces, private beaches, restaurants, kiosks for snacks & souvenirs as well as its artisanal Italian ice cream shops.

Train & bus station is only a 10 min walk from the studio.
