Amazing view from this recently renovated top floor flat with great location by the beach, close to good restaurants and amenities, between Nice, Cannes Antibes and Monaco.
Enjoy your meals with Mediterranen sea view will admire the natural reserve river with the swan family.
Fully equipped kitchen, cosy living area, 3 bedrooms with king sized bed with wardrobes and two bathrooms (1 bath and 1 shower)
No car required, Beach restaurant, shops within a 1mn walking distance, (and also a sailing club or city center and old town with castle at 15 mn if you're up too)
We live there during the rest of the year so please be careful with our flat :)

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. In der Wohnung stand alles Notwendige zur Verfügung und auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war von der Größe perfekt für 5 Personen geeignet und die Aussicht auf das Meer war traumhaft. Nahe der Unterkunft sind viele, tolle Ausflugsziele, wie Nizza, Monaco, Antibes, Cannes,... gelegen. Auch viele Strände sind gut zu erreichen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
