Facing Mont-Blanc, the village-resort of Les Coches is located in the heart of the immense Paradiski ski area (425 km of slopes), including the areas of La Plagne, Les Arcs, Peisey-Vallandry and Montchavin-Les Coches . Surrounded by pine forests, the village-resort of Les Coches is an ideal place for sporting or relaxing winter and summer holidays. With its wooden chalets and pedestrian center, the village has a lot of charm and blends in perfectly with the mountains.
Only 200m from the ski lifts and the center of the resort, the apartment, located in a wooden chalet, is close to all amenities (restaurants, shops), while being very quiet and unopposed. From its spacious and comfortable living room, very nicely furnished, you will never tire of these superb panoramic views over the valley and Mont-Blanc.
With an area of 56 m2, classified 5* in the "Paradiski" classification for its comfort and quality equipment, this beautiful 2 room apartment + mezzanine with exposed beams consists of:
- A large living room with a lounge area equipped with a branded sofa bed (145 x 190), and a dining area with an industrial-style oak table for 6 people. Satellite television with international channels, Bluetooth speaker. Large bay windows opening onto an 8 m2 balcony with an outdoor table, 4 chairs and a parasol for your summer meals.
- A kitchen equipped with induction hobs, combined oven (microwave and conventional), large refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and filter coffee maker. Plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. Cleaning products and cupboard bottoms available.
- A mezzanine with double bed 140 x 190, bedside tables, cupboard and chest of drawers.
- A bedroom with bunk beds + pull out bed to accommodate up to 3 people (90 x 190 beds), with cupboard, chest of drawers and private bathroom (shower & sink).
- A bathroom with bathtub and sink
- A separate toilet;
- An entrance with cupboard and storage bench

As part of the Chalets de Wengen residence, you can enjoy its indoor swimming pool (free access), and its wellness area (Sauna, Hammam – paid upon reservation). Very pleasantly furnished, the reception area of the residence offers a large space for relaxing or working, with free Wi-Fi access, numerous armchairs, pool table and fireplace. The residence also benefits from a laundry area. Finally, fresh bread & croissants can be ordered for the next morning from reception.
Access to the apartment is by elevator.
Ski locker: The apartment has a ski locker - It is also possible to avoid possible returns to the apartment with its ski equipment by renting it from a rental company in the resort offering free storage: you can leave your equipment free of charge after each day of skiing and recover it the following day, thus allowing you to return to the chalet freely.

Other / equipment: Raclette machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bathroom scales, board games, books, sleds, regional tourist guides and hiking maps are let at your disposal in the apartment.
Children / babies: "Family Plus" labeled, the village is ideal for families who will find daycare, entertainment for children, etc ... Baby equipment (bed and chair) can be made available as an option by our concierge partner.
Internet / Wifi : Free high Broadband Wifi available in the apartment. Please note: the apartment wifi is provided thanks to the 4G+mobile network. In very high season (Christmas holidays and February), the saturation of the mobile network on the station on the return of the slopes (from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), very strongly impacts WiFi. Free Wi-Fi access also available at the reception of the residence.
Parking: Free outdoor public parking. The residence also has covered parking. Seats can be reserved for the week subject to availability and at an additional cost.
Linens: Duvets, pillows and blankets are available. Sheets and towels can be provided as an option by our concierge partner.
Housekeeping: The apartment must be left clean. End-of-stay cleaning can be contracted as an option.
Pets: 1 animal admitted without supplement.
