Check-in is from 3 pm onwards, late arrivals (from 9 pm to midnight) will be charged 50€.
Check-out is from 8 am to 11 am, departures before 8 am will be charged 50€, and after 11 am (subject to availability).
Linen is included in the cleaning price
City tax is €5.36 per person per night

A great place to stay in Cannes close to everything and away from the caos. Bright and spacious, although is located on the 4th floor without the elevator the steps are very low and easy. It did not represent a problem as I thouth except for the luggages the first and last days. I recommend the place.

Great location, very large and newly decorated property. Rest of building still in construction, but actual apartment in good condition. Great aircon and kitchen.
