This lovely apartment opens its doors to you for a stay in the Guérande region. Perfect for 4 guests (2 adults and 2 children) to discover La Baule and its surroundings. Just 700m from the main beach, you can easily get there and enjoy the pleasures of the seaside: between relaxation, swimming and activities, boredom will be far behind you! You can also enjoy the balcony to unwind accompanied by the aroma of pine trees... Have a pleasant stay!
It is a 25 m² apartment located in La Baule-Escoublac. It has 1 bedroom and can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults maximum). The very comfortable sofa bed will ensure you pleasant nights. The rental has a 6 m² terrace with garden furniture, outdoor parking, an iron, a hairdryer and satellite television. A Bluetooth speaker is also graciously provided for your use. As for the American kitchen, it is electric and is equipped with a refrigerator, a grill microwave, a Nespresso Dolce Gusto coffee maker and a toaster. Located in an ideal area for families and close to the sea, the rental is situated at:

Un séjour au calme dans cette résidence très calme et reposante. A 4 minutes à pied de la plage et à environ 8 minutes de l'avenue Lajarije. Appartement très propre et bien entretenu ne manquait qu'une vraie carafe et un balai mais sinon rien à redire. L'appartement étant au premier il est un peu sombre à mon goût mais la résidence étant extrêmement calme il n'y a pas d'autre désagrément . Le gestionnaire Hoomy est très efficace je regrette seulement leur système de cautionnement via le site Tylt dont le fonctionnement est peu clair et qui vous demande d'envoyer une photo de votre pièce d'identité en plus de vos coordonnées bancaire. J'ai trouvé cela très intrusif surtout quand c est un site qui vous est inconnu.
