Three studios located in the real estate complex "Petit domaine de Spérone" close to the beach and downtown Bonifacio. Each studio has an area of approximately 73 m2. Ideal accommodation for 2 adults + 2 children. Spacious and bright, with a stylish and pleasant layout: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), one bedroom with two bunk beds, a bathroom, a equipped kitchen. Each studio has direct access to the garden, its own pool house, and a shared pool in a lush and authentic setting.
Dominantly positioned in the heart of a private estate on the road to Piantarella, this central location offers immediate access to Piantarella beaches (900 m) and proximity to the historic center of Bonifacio (4 km).
Hiking trails nearby. Port of Bonifacio, shops, beaches, and sailing schools are within a 5/10-minute drive.
The famous Spérone golf course is just 300 meters from the complex.
An electricity supplement (based on consumption) and exit cleaning fee (€60) will be charged directly by us. A security deposit will also be requested a few days before your arrival and refunded based and the condition of the property (if any damages) upon departure.

It's aa perfect place to stay. Very clean and modern. Great airco and with one step from the terras into the very clear pool. Only the description on google maps isn't correct. It's further from the beach (Plage Petite Sperone) than mentioned and marked on Google Maps.
