Nestled between the lake and the mountains, 1 hour from Geneva Airport (60 km) and 1/2 hour from the Annecy train station (20 km).

Located at the end of a private road, bordered by a large field, the house is welcoming, very quiet, and boasts an exceptional 360° panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
The setting is ideal; facing due south, the rental enjoys sunlight throughout the day.

Completely renovated in 2020, this vacation home is divided into two separate apartments, only one of which is available for rent.
The very large garden is fully fenced and secured by a gate.
At the end of the house’s private driveway, there is parking for 3 cars.

A 10x5m outdoor pool and numerous terraces for dining and relaxing:
Sofas, lounge chairs, deck chairs, umbrellas, hanging chairs, and a small wooden swing.
At the back of the house, the grounds feature a play area with a small wooden cabin for the kids in the summer, a ping-pong table, a mini basketball hoop, and a variety of games such as “Breton palets,” foosball, badminton, balls, and more…
A new pétanque court is also available in the summer.
A large wooden picnic table, a barbecue, and small chairs are also provided.
Below the rental apartment, a garage is available for guests to store bicycles, paragliding wings, paddleboards, games, and pool floats.
Please note that two adult bicycles and three children’s bicycles are also available to borrow free of charge.

The rental apartment, approximately 120 m², features a beautiful, bright 30 m² living room with mountain views.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped, and a large-screen TV on the wall faces a deep, comfortable sofa.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet access.
Upstairs are three recently renovated, comfortable, and tastefully decorated bedrooms. (15 m², 14 m², 11 m²)
The bedrooms feature very large closets and 160 cm double beds, which can be separated into two twin beds.
The bedrooms offer beautiful views of the mountains, the garden, and the pool.
The master bedroom features a private bathroom with a bathtub, a small mini-fridge, an iron and ironing board, and a clothes drying rack.
There is a separate toilet in the hallway.
A 6.5 m² bathroom with a shower, washing machine, walk-in shower, and toilet.
A baby kit is available upon request: travel crib with linens, two high chairs, and a changing pad.

In the basement, a lovely wellness area with a large 6-person hot tub, a traditional sauna, and a shower. (Paid option, reservation required)
