About this apartment rental
Just 50m from the beach and the town center, this bright apartment, boasting dual East-West exposure, is located on the 1st floor. It offers a surface area of 40m² and can accommodate 3 people (one 140x200cm double bed + two 140x190cm sofa beds) for up to 6 people, with an ideal sleeping arrangement of 1 to 4. A high chair and travel cot are available on site free of charge.
You can quickly walk to all tourist attractions, including the famous cliffs and Les Jardins d'Étretat, as well as all essential shops and services such as a bakery, supermarket, restaurants, tourist office, pharmacy, and doctor.
The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi and is composed as follows (see listing photos):
1. An entrance hall with an open closet.
2. A large main living area with:
*a dining area (table + 6 chairs); *a living room area (blue Express sofa bed + coffee table + bookcase and books + flat-screen TV stand + board games);
*a sleeping area (double bed separated by a blackout curtain that can be closed at will).
3-A fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator + oven + microwave + 3-zone induction hob + extractor hood + kettle + toaster + filter coffee machine).
4-A separate bedroom (red BZ sofa bed + chest of drawers).
5-A separate bathroom (shower + sink + hairdryer + toilet).
Pillows, sheets, duvets, shower towels (1 per person, approximately 70x140) and a kitchen towel are provided on site, as well as salt/pepper, oil, sugar, tea, ground coffee with filters, hand soap, dish soap, shower gel, and toilet paper.
The gas heating is controlled remotely and also by the radiators.
Access is secured by a key box, allowing for self-check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out until 11:00 AM. We can adjust these times based on upcoming bookings and the cleaning time required. Please contact us the day before your arrival to confirm.
