About this cottage rental
Original and cocooning cottage for a stay in the countryside. In the heart of the Parc des Volcans, 10 km from the Nordic area of Guéry, 19 km from the ski and spa resort of Mont-Dore, La Bourboule, near the Basilica of Orcival, the Château de Cordes, Murol, the lakes of Guery and Servière.
Former bread oven converted into a gîte of 30 m2: living room with kitchen, independent bedroom, living room with kitchen, lounge area and pellet stove, bedroom with a 160 bed, shower and sink, Unfenced land of 900 m2. Stone terrace with view of the Puy-de-Dôme. Stone terrace with view of the Puy-de-Dôme. On the grounds, locked wooden building that can accommodate motorbikes, bicycles, skis, ... (50 m2)
Electric heating included within the limit of:
- 32 kwh/day from 28/02/26 to 30/05/26 and from 03/10/26 to 31/11/26,
- 16 kwh/day from 30/05/26 to 27/06/26 and from 05/09/26 to 03/10/26
- 8 kWh/day from 27/06/26 to 05/09/26
Beyond these packages, additional consumption will be billed according to the rates in force.
Rental only from Saturday to Saturday for the months of July and August.
Linen kit option: sheets + towels and table linen: 25€ / stay.
