About this house rental
We look forward to welcoming you to this small, detached house in a quiet neighborhood of Royan: the countryside by the sea!
Attached to our house but completely separate, you’ll enter through a private gate leading to a terrace of about 15m².
Inside, the thick walls keep the place cool! You’ll find a main living area with a sofa bed and armchairs in the living section, a table and chairs for meals, and a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, stove with oven and glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, range hood, and all the necessary equipment for your stay).
A staircase leads to the attic-style upper floor, where the two bedrooms each sleep two (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds). A small office area (with information about the region, books to read and swap; Wi-Fi included in the price) and a shower room with a toilet complete the upstairs.
Outside, a table, a parasol, armchairs, and lounge chairs are at your disposal.
Linens (sheets and towels) are available as an option.
The beaches are just a 10-minute bike ride away, the Royan central market is 2 km away, and the La Palmyre Zoo is a 15-minute drive away. Quick access to the bypass.
Nearby you’ll find supermarkets (including curbside pickup), a shopping center, and local shops (bakery, fish market, produce stand, etc.).
