About this house rental
If you’re looking to relax while enjoying the nearby sea and the region’s various tourist attractions, our house—located in a peaceful village with a private garden—is perfect for you.
The house is less than 10–12 minutes from the beaches of La Bernerie-en-Retz, 15–20 minutes from Pornic… and 30 minutes from Nantes… And why not take a trip to Saint-Nazaire or Noirmoutier?…
Accommodation for 10 people. (Up to 11 people upon request)
Our 110 m² single-story house consists of:
- 3 bedrooms (No. 1: 140×190 bed (sleeps 2) + (No. 2: 140×190 bed (sleeps 2) + (No. 3: 2 bunk beds, 90×190, (sleeps 4))
The bedding is very recent or brand new.
- 1 bathroom (1 bathtub)
- 1 shower room (1 shower)
- 2 separate toilets,
- 1 living room (dining area, sitting area, TV, 1 sofa bed for 2 people)
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (1 dishwasher, 1 oven, 1 induction cooktop, 1 microwave, 1 fridge/freezer, 1 kettle, 1 coffee maker, 1 toaster, 1 food processor, etc.)
- 1 garage that can be used as a playroom (1 washing machine, 1 fridge/freezer)
- Internet - Installed - STARLINK antenna
- TV - Digital Terrestrial TV (DTT) - Good reception - new satellite dish
Property inventory provided upon arrival
Upon request, included in the price:
- 1 travel crib
- 1 high chair
Outdoor amenities:
- 1 patio with table and garden furniture
- 1 large garden of approximately 900 m²
- 1 large trampoline
- 1 covered barbecue (located in a separate shed, allowing you to grill all year round!)
Parking: Space for several cars
Mandatory cleaning fee: 55 € (short stay) or 60 € (The house must be left in good condition—dishwasher emptied, etc.—otherwise additional cleaning fees will be charged.)
Mandatory linens and pillowcases fee: 60 €
Mandatory security deposit: 650 €
No pets allowed
Paid options must be requested 8 days before arrival:
- Household linens (bath towels, bath sheets, dish towels)
Weekend reservations - Minimum 2 nights: Friday at 3:00 PM to Sunday at 10:00 AM at the latest
Long weekend reservations - Minimum 3 nights: Easter Monday, Pentecost Monday, May 1, 2023, May 8, 2023, etc.. From Friday at 3:00 PM to Monday at 10:00 AM at the latest
Ascension Weekend Reservations - Minimum 4 nights: from Wednesday at 3:00 PM to Sunday at 10:00 AM at the latest
Reservations available on other days of the week - Minimum 3 days
July and August: Minimum 7 days -
20% discount for stays of 7 consecutive days
RESPECT FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The house is located in a very quiet village. We are also deeply committed to respecting the peace and quiet of all our neighbors.
We also count on our guests’ consideration to avoid making excessive noise late in the evening and at night, outdoors in our garden, when our neighbors are resting.
